On behalf of Patriot Village, a dedicated organization committed to supporting our nation’s heroes. Our mission is to provide homeless veterans with the homes, rehabilitative services, and community integration they so rightfully deserve. Our veterans have sacrificed so much for our country, and yet many face an ongoing struggle with homelessness and lack of access to essential services. The challenges they encounter are multifaceted, often requiring a comprehensive approach that includes stable housing, mental health support, addiction recovery programs, job training, and community engagement.
We are excited to announce our initiative to build a community of homes specifically designed to address these needs. | -The first phase will be a short-term obtainable goal because of the adjacency to public roads and utilities but the direct access to the already constructed Patriot Rehab Facility. -The second phase would be construction of the multi-purpose facility with spaces for housing and assembly for devotionals and training. All areas of permitting will be processed through New Iberia to ensure Patriot Village only enriches the surrounding community and New Iberia. -After all improvements have been made the sites housing capacity can be met and the patrons can benefit from the resources immediately accessible to them. |
